class="t_txt">ハングルの手紙はハングル創製以後王から一般の民たちに至るまで身分に関係ない多様な階層と身分から使われた代表的なコミュニケーションツールであった。そのためにハングルの普及においてもハングル手紙は大切な役割をした。</p> <p class="t_txt">ハングルとハングル手紙は手書きの手紙からソーシャル・ネットワーキング・サービスに媒体が変わっていきその役割が変わっている。もうハングル手紙は個人の安否と便りを伝えてくれるコミュニケーションツールを越えて社会の公論を形成して、社会の変化を触発する媒体まで発展している。</p> <p class="t_txt">ハングル手紙の日常的な事由には手紙が書かれた現在と過去の話がありのままこもっている。展示はハングル手紙がこもっているいろいろな話を芸術、デザイン、国語、歴史、文化など様々な面から解いている。</p> <h6 class="stitle">晩学の夢</h6> <p class="t_txt">文解は日常生活で文字を読み理解することを称する。学べなくて文字を読んだり書いたりすることができないとは反対の概念だと言える。</p> <p class="t_txt">1945年わが国の文盲率は78％だった。これに政府主導の＇文盲退治運動＇が実施され1958年には文盲率が4.1％に下がったとは言うが以後1990年まで確にした文盲率とか識字力調査が行われなくて文盲率を正確に把握することは難しい。ただし、韓国教育開発院が2001年実施した＂韓国成人の非識字実態調査研究＂によると、わが国の成人の24.8%が読み書きそろばんに苦戦してうるというがこれをご参考にする価値がある。</p> <p class="t_txt">最近は識字力を単純に読み書きだけの能力ではなく、人間らしい生活を営むためのもっとも基本的な能力としてみなし、約570名に至る低学力非識字成人を対象にする識字教育支援事業が国家的に推進されている。これにより識字力向上のため識字力の概念を2007年12月改正された＇生涯教育法＇に具体的に明示しているし、書く地方自治団体を中心に活発に識字教育支援事業が行われている。</p> class="t_txt">韓国の大衆文化が世界的に多い人気を受けていて韓国の経済的な位相が高くなって世の中から韓国語と韓国文化を学ぼうとする人々が非常に増加した。政府は韓国に対して関心を受けるようになった外国人が韓国人と韓国文化をもっと深く理解できる機械を提供するために2007年から全世界に世宗学党を指定して運営している。</p> <p class="t_txt">世宗学党は大韓民国の政府が支援する韓国語·韓国文化教育の代表ブランドである。外国語あるいは第2言語で韓国語を勉強したい外国人に韓国語を教育して韓国文化を知らせる役割をする。世宗学党は2007年モンゴルウルランバトルに最初に設立されたし2015年4月現在54ヶ国130個所が運営されている。2014年には4万4000余名の外国人が世宗学党を通じて韓国語と韓国文化を接したし今現在にも多くの外国人が世宗学党で韓国語そして韓国文化を通じて新しい夢をみている。</p> class="t_txt">1964年から1973年まで韓国はベトナム戦争に全部30予万名の軍隊を派兵した。初めは非戦闘支援任務を行ずる部隊を派兵したげ、戦争はだんだん拡戦された戦闘部隊も派兵してアメリカの次に多くの軍人を派兵することになった。</p> <div class="image" style="margin-bottom: 30px;"><img title="" class="t_txt">韓国はベトナムへの兵力を増派する前にアメリカと交渉をしてこれによって派兵の条件として借款提供、軍隊の装備の現代化などいろいろな援助を受けるようになった。ベトナム戦争の特殊で韓国は年平均8％以上の経済成長を成したが、特に韓国企業は現地軍隊への納品と建設など多くの経済的な利益を得た。当時に派兵と建設などでもうけてきた10億ドルは第2次経済五ヶ年計画の基礎資金にて使われた。</p> <p class="t_txt">しかし、遠い異国で血を流し戦死を遂げた韓国軍が5千予名に至りベトナムで枯れ葉剤後遺症で被害を訴える患者は今日まで8万予名に至る。</p> <h6 class="stitle">伝えられなかった手紙</h6> <p class="t_txt">アメリカの国立文書保管所(NARA)には韓国戦争当時アメリカ軍により鹵獲された、北朝鮮軍隊の文書は多く保管されている。鹵獲文書の中には860予通の個人の手紙とハガキも含まれている。これらの手紙は開封の跡が全然ないので、受信地の郵便局までは配達されたが、戦時という特殊の状況で受信者まで伝えられなかったまま郵便局や軍事施設に保管されていたものがアメリカ軍によりいっぺんに鹵獲されたと見える。</p> were male slaves and “bi” were female ones.</p> <p class="t_txt">奴婢は伝統社会で最下層の身分で奴は男子の下人を、婢は女子の下人を称する。経済的自立のいかんによって納贖などで身分を変えられる余地はあった。しかし大部分の奴婢は主人に経済的に従属されていた。逃げようとしても経済的に自立されることではないから生存のため仕方なくその身分を続けていくしかなかった。</p> <div class="image"><img title="" class="t_txt">ハングルが創製されてから幾ばくもなくあちこちでハングル手紙をやりとりした内容が確認されることをみると、ハングル手紙は15世紀から日常的たまたま使われたとみられる。<br>現在伝えているハングル手紙のなか一番古いものは1490年代に作成されたと指定される羅臣傑: 1461&sim;1524)の手紙である。</p> <p class="t_txt">2012年5月の大田広域市の羅臣傑が婦人に送ったものである。永安道(咸鏡道)に軍管で行きながら故郷である懷德に寄れないことを気の毒に思いながら、寒い北方の国境地帯で着る服と必要である糧食を送ってくれようと妻にお願いする内容である。</p> <div class="image"><img title="" style="vertical-align: baseline;" class="t_txt">朝鮮時代に手紙は行き帰りの人づてでやり取りしたので費用もたくさん掛って遅かった。なお、大部分のヤンバンたちは漢文で書いた手紙だけをやり取りしたので一般の民たちには手紙って、制限的な疎通の方式にすぎなかった。</p> <p class="t_txt">それから1894年甲午の改革(高宗31年)以後近代的な郵便制度が試行されてハングルが広く普及してハングル手紙は一番大衆的な疎通の手段で定着し始めた。学校は手紙を書いて送る方法について教育して、商業的な目的の様々な手紙書き教範は出版された。恋愛に関する手紙文の集である『愛の火花』は空前のベストセラーになり出版界を席巻したりもした。今やハングル手紙が疎通の文化を導いた＇手紙の時代＇が始まったのである。</p> class="t_txt">宮體は17世紀から19世紀後半にいたるまでもっとも発展された。その時代にはハングルの小説を書き映してみたり王侯の手紙を代筆することも多かったし、これを専門的にする書寫尙宮までいて字体の造形美がもっと発展されることができた。</p> <div class="image"><img title="" style="vertical-align: baseline;" class="stitle">作家の手紙高宗</h6> <p class="t_txt">手紙は手紙を貰い手ための送り手の素直な心の表現である。したがって手紙には送り手の心の奥深いの思いと相手に対する告白が何の濾過なして露出される。<br>作家の手紙も例外ではなく作家的な修正過程を踏まなかったまま作家内面の姿をありのまま見せてくれる。作家の手紙は、作家が文章をぬけたり足したりして人々に見せてくれる完成品とは多くの差がある。それで手紙は個人の心奥深いに風景を見せてくれる内視鏡みたいだともいう。</p>
